Benedict goes to the pub
Well yours truly is very much enjoying what it takes to be a learned person at oxford. Your bear is very much enjoying the close affinity the students and teachers seem to have with the local public houses. The picture below shows yours truly waiting for his round!
Unfortunately, your bear cannot remember much after the third round of mead. All your bear remembers is some animated talk about bears in the kitchen raiding the HONEY! Let me tell you your bear would never do that! Stealing HONEY is the lowest of the low acts!
Your bear is organized, your bear has recorded in CRM every pot of HONEY he has consumed since he started working at Opsis. Your bear has no record of a pot of HONEY coming from an Oxford college or public house.
Benedict goes to Dinner [Not]
Hello again, I was to be frank a little bit embarrassed yesterday. Yes your CRMBear was well and truly embarrassed, you see I was invited to dinner over at Jesus college, I got there promptly and I sat at the table and waited to be joined by the others, and I waited and waited and waited and waited.
Eventually, your bear realised that he must have come at the wrong time and on the wrong day! If only I had used Microsoft Outlook for my appointments, I would have been on time and not wasted over two whole hours dreaming of the HONEY I would never get to taste. I'm going to learn how to use Outlook properly and I'll share this with you.
Oxford University [Exeter College]
Well it's been quite a while since I have updated my blog. But don't worry the CRM bear has been busy learning lots about Dynamics CRM. I have been visiting Oxford University to get some inspiration for my blog.
I did like the idea of living in college, with nobody watching how much HONEY I eat at breakfast and dinner!
This of course got me thinking how these great colleges keep track of their students and alumni. It's simple of course, they must have a CRM system, well may be not. So I have put together a tutorial for you all on how to use CRM mailing, much better than paper and spreadsheet lists. I wonder if the colleges I visited are going to send me an invite to their annual dinner. I dream of "Benedict the distinguished alumni".
You can find my CRM mailing tutorial at:

This January I went to London and tried to see Paddington; without much luck. I did however see Mr Charles Darwin, if you click on the picture below you will see me at Mr Darwin's feet, listening to everything he is saying.
My Darwin told me many many things about the survival of the fittest; but what this has to do with CRM I don't know. Mum told me that only the fittest businesses are going to survive the next few years. So here are Bendict's top few points on how to get your business into shape:
- Install and use a CRM system
- Get a honey eating mascot (me)
